Quotes and pricing

Any quote provided is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time; additional costs may arise if unforeseen work is required once work has commenced.

We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with work beyond the original scope.

Bookings and cancellations

To book work, please contact us by phone, email, or via the quote form on our website. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and you have received written confirmation from us.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out charge to cover costs already incurred.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences; this will be stated in your quote.

Late payment may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Guarantee and liability

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services or from any delay in carrying out work.
